The firm offers a complete range of services, including architectural and interior design, development planning and consulting, flood mitigation, feasibility studies, zoning and code compliance, and municipal filing strategy. The firm’s portfolio spans a wide range of project types and scales, encompassing projects in the residential, institutional, retail and industrial sectors, from low rise to high rise, for new construction, conversions and retrofits.

Edwin Tang, AIA, CFM
PRINCIPAL
Edwin Tang leads an architecture and consulting practice where he brings over 25 years of experience in building development, including 7 years of service at the New York City Department of Buildings. There, he served as the founding executive director of the “Hub” digital plan review and electronic filing unit, where he oversaw zoning and code compliance review of citywide development projects, revamped the Department’s technical review standards, trained the Department’s technical review staff and issued thousands of code determinations.
Edwin currently sits as a committee member for NYC Construction Code Revision, ASCE 24 Reference Standard for Flood Resistant Construction, is a Certified Flood Plain Manager (CFM) with the Association of State Flood Plain Managers (ASFPM) and a registered architect in the states of New York and Connecticut. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of California at Berkeley and a Master in Public Administration from New York University.
Jijing Tang
STUDIO DIRECTOR
Jijing Tang oversees architectural and interior design for projects across various scopes. Her work is informed by over 15 years of experience in luxury-driven retail interiors and distinguished by her keen attention to detail. She has been responsible for overseeing projects at various scales and works closely with clients. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the City College of New York and her Master in Interior Design from the Pratt Institute.
Hao Lin, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Hao Lin brings over 15 years of architectural design experience with a special focus in mid and high rise buildings. A registered architect in New York and a LEED accredited professional, he is an experienced code expert with specialties in zoning and energy code compliance. He is a committee member for NYC construction code revision regarding accessibility. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Logistical Engineering University and a Master of Architecture from Shenzhen University.
Yoon Hae Choi, Assoc. AIA

Yoon Hae Choi is a designer whose work reflects a considered approach to context, materiality, and architectural coherence. At the firm, he contributes to projects at various scales through close collaboration with project teams. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Korea National University of Arts and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University.
