Tang Studio has been hired as the architect of a multi-tenant commercial building covering 10,000 square feet. The structure is set to host a restaurant along with two office levels, ingeniously connected by an interior light well. The project has received the green light from the Department of Buildings (DOB) and has commenced the construction phase.
