Tang Studio has been retained as the flood consultant again in collaboration with FX Collaborative for a new project—an upcoming 8-story mixed-use development spanning 115,000 square feet. Central to the project’s design is the incorporation of robust flood mitigation measures to ensure its resilience against potential flooding events. The building is set to implement a combination of both wet and dry floodproofing techniques in line with modern standards and the most recent code and zoning provisions for flood resiliency.
