Tang Studio served as the principal architect for the conversion of a landmarked church alongside CSC Coliving, overseeing interior and exterior renovations, sanctuary conversion, and upgrades covering 76,000 square feet across 5 stories.

Located at 2045 Madison Avenue in Harlem, New York, the project involved repurposing a deconsecrated Catholic church and elementary school, originally designed by renowned architect James Renwick, Jr. Following acquisition, a the renovation transformed it into an academic charter facility for Capital Preparatory Schools. Construction has been completed, and the school started operating in Fall semester 2022.
