Tang Studio is excited to announce our role as the executive architect alongside ODA, the design architect, for our first ground-up high-rise project. Developed by New Empire Real Estate, this 19-story development spans 122,000 square feet at Queens Plaza, just across from the Queensboro Bridge.

The building will feature 124 condominium units, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, and offer amenities like a penthouse resident lounge, outdoor spaces, on-site parking, and a fitness center. Notably, this project showcases recessed balconies and cantilevered floors, with a unique touch of sweeping curved corners, adding a modern flair to the design.

Currently, the project has started its construction phase and is expected to be completed by 2025.
