Tang Studio Architect has been been hired as principal architect to lead the conversion of a landmarked church. The scope encompasses full interior renovation, exterior restoration, conversion of the sanctuary, and MEP, accessibility, and fire protection upgrades. The project comprises 5 stories and 72,000 square feet, has successfully concluded construction, and is currently undergoing the process of obtaining a certificate of occupancy.
