For a new mixed-use high-rise development in Elmhurst, Queens, a zoning and feasibility assessment was completed by Tang Studio in the role of a consulting architect. This assessment pertained to a new 12-story, 100,000-square-foot mixed-use development that intends to leverage air rights from the Queens Center Mall. The project successfully obtained zoning determination approvals from the Department of Buildings and is presently in the schematic design phase, working collaboratively with the design architect FX Collaborative.
