Tang Studio was a consulting architect for a two building 20 story 150,000 sf mixed use development at the intersection of Main Street and Maple Ave in Flushing, NY. We provided compliance consulting and design services as part of a team of multiple architects and consultants, led by FX Collaborative. Approval was obtained from the FAA, Port Authority, and BSA for additional building height in an airport flight obstruction zone, and the project is now under construction.
