Tang Studio was hired as the principal architect for a new development project in the design of a new 12-story residential structure spanning 94,000 square feet. Situated strategically on a corner site, this new high rise development boasts panoramic views of both the iconic Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn skylines. The project has received official approval from the city, marking a significant milestone in its progression. Currently, the project has initiated construction this summer after undergoing the necessary clearing procedures in preparation.
